Die Gegend an der Staatsgrenze zwischen den US-Bundesstaaten Tennessee und Kentucky bietet für den Wanderer unendlich viele Möglichkeiten. Die Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area [TN] und der südliche Teil des Daniel Boon National Forest [KY] ziehen Archhunter, Wasserfalljäger und Waldspaziergänger magisch an. Auch der Hochsommer ist als Reisezeit geeignet, denn jeder Trail verläuft nahezu ausschließlich im Wald.
Suchen Sie Ihre Wanderung in der Landkarte und zoomen Sie bis auf Straßenebene zu Ihrem gewünschten Trailhead (Start der Wanderung). Die Position des Trailheads ist mit einem "Marker-Symbol" markiert, dessen Farbe den Schwierigkeitsgrad der Wanderung signalisiert:

The area on the state line between the U.S. states of Tennessee and Kentucky offers endless possibilities for the hiker. The Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area [TN] and the southern portion of the Daniel Boon National Forest [KY] magically attract archhunters, waterfall hunters, and forest walkers. Midsummer is also a suitable time to travel, as each trail is almost entirely in the forest.
